One of the stories I missed over the past few days is the recent ruling by an Oklahoma court that two gay women who got married in Canada cannot get divorced in the Great State of Oklahoma.
Apparently:
Oklahoma courts do not have jurisdiction to grant divorces between members of the same sex.
Perfect. Now, these lesbians should get their asses back to Canada to get their lovely divorce. The only problem is that at least of them has to be a Canadian resident.
The moral of the story … gay marriage is a bad idea.
